Live Music

Our passion for live music is the beating heart of INSIDE THE 22. We're proud to present the highest quality in live entertainment from local, national and international bands and artists, all of whom bring their own unique flavour. We bill local talent alongside international performers, giving them the unique opportunity to share our stage with renowned recording artists.

Open Mic Nights

Every Thursday night, we offer up the chance for fresh local talent to perform INSIDE. A great chance for experienced musicians and 18s and under to showcase and develop their skills and mix with seasoned musicians, producers and promoters. Come along and support local acts and next-gen rising stars, and enjoy a great night of free live music. Supported by Stone Love Pizza.

Sunday Jazz Club

On the third Sunday of every month we host our own Jazz Club, making Rugby swing and sway with all the flams, drags and saltry vocals. We bring together some of the regions most talented jazz musicians and often feature very special guests from further a field. If you're looking for a relaxing way to end your weekend, this is it!
